Following a career spanning over thirty years in which he has held senior management positions in both large multinationals and start ups, Tony Shadlock has formed Quality4Business to make this experience available to small and medium sized business in the Shropshire area. He is an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and via this organisation’s Business Support Program can provide general business advice, utilising the resources of over 4500 associates world wide.
Tony’s experience is predominantly in the software and electronics industries, specialising in outsourcing, development, quality and production. He has spent time as a Development Manager, Quality Manager, Customer Care Manager and also short term as a Production Manager in both high volume low cost and low volume high cost businesses. Tony is a trained auditor and has a good general knowledge of how all aspects of business work, including the challenges of expanding a business rapidly. Over the years Tony has travelled widely to the Far East, India, America and Europe working with various companys both as a supplier and a customer.
Tony is based in Cambridge but is currently in the process of relocating to Shropshire, where he already spends a large proportion of his time, and is married with five grown up children. He is looking to build a Customer base predominantly in Shropshire which is a county he and his wife have come to love over the last eleven years. Interests include the practical side of being environmentally friendly, using software to save energy, DIY, gardening and cars.
